摘要: We show that 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25[OH]2D3), the most hormonally active metabolite of vitamin D3, modulates sensitively and specifically both protein messenger RNA accumulation multilineage growth factor granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating (GM-CSF). The regulation GM-CSF expression is seen in normal human mitogen-activated T lymphocytes from a line (S-LB1) transformed with cell lymphotropic virus 1 (HTLV-1). In contrast, cells HTLV-1 lymphocyte (Ab-VDR) established patient D-resistant rickets type II undetectable 1,25(OH)2D3 cellular receptors are resistant to action 1,25(OH)2D3.
