摘要: The concept of biologic modification cancer growth and differentiation has been based upon various observations suggesting that transformed leukemic stem cells may be induced to normality with respect morphology, function, regulation. This ‘reversal malignancy’ in leukemia, while an attractive goal, is one rarely attainable its entirety clinical or experimental systems. What more feasible, proved attainable, removal the maturation block lineage, resulting development varying but incomplete functional phenotypic features lineage-specific differentiation.
