摘要: In this study, we analyzed the effect of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) on retinoic acid (RA)-induced myeloid differentiation promyelocytic HL-60 leukemia cell line. We show that low concentrations two substances, almost inactive in inducing when used separately, induce added simultaneously to cultures. Cells expressing both monocyte/macrophage phenotype (typically induced by TNF) and granulocyte characteristics RA) are a combination factors, indicating TNF RA potentiate each other's activity. The results obtained using immune interferon (IFN-gamma) with inducers suggest mechanism action IFN-gamma possibly different. inhibitory expression HLA class I antigens high-affinity Fc receptor is potentiated but completely reversed rIFN-gamma.
