摘要: Abstract 1-3H Farnesyl pyrophosphate is hydrolyzed non enzymically at neutral or alkaline pH in the presence of Mg2+ Mn2+. The pattern product formation differs for these two ions. In Mn2+, nerolidol practically only reaction product, whereas hydrolysis products are and farnesols. effect dependent. from mevalonic acid other precursors isoprenoids may thus be explained as a enzymic farnesyl pyrophosphate.
