摘要: Abstract Incorporation of suitable labelled precursors into the DNA non-dividing cells in adult animals has been observed and further studies have shown that such incorporation leads neither to cell division by mitosis or amitosis nor endopolyploidy. The response this process irradiation other lines evidence lead conclusion is periodically renewed able heal chromosome damage. It suggested increased genetic damage during ageing may be regulated functioning renewal DNA.
