摘要: The thermal and microwave properties of ferroelectric metal/dielectric/metal structures have been studied. possibility obtaining the temperature coefficient capacitance on order 10−4 K−1 for a varicond based two thin layers barium strontium titanate with different compositions is demonstrated first time.
