摘要: Integrated phase shifters with a periodic structure that includes BaSrTiO3 ferroelectric varactors parallel-and series-connected to the transmission line are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The designed for frequency range 26–32 GHz. dispersion characteristics insertion losses in of analyzed regard dependence capacitance loss tangent on control voltage temperature. It is shown parasitic amplitude modulation can be suppressed if connection scheme takes into account their tangent. In varactors, temperature shift much weaker than those parallel-connected varactors.
