Low-loss distributed MEMS phase shifter

摘要: This letter presents a one-bit low-loss K/K/sub a/-band phase shifter circuit that employs microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) capacitors. The measured results demonstrate delay line with 180/spl deg/ shift/1.l7 dB loss shift at 25 GHz, 270/spl shift/1.69 35 and return better than 11 over 0-35-GHz band. state-of-the-art insertion performance, 154/spl deg//dB GHz 160/spl demonstrates the potential for implementation of very multibit digital MEMS shifter.
