摘要: Abstract To understand the effect of helium ion irradiation on microstructure and mechanical properties tungsten (W), recrystallized W is irradiated by 80 keV ions with fluence 3 × 1015, 3 × 1016 3 × 1017 ions/cm2. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) observation suggests that large numbers dislocation loops are generated in size loop increases fluence. The results micro-hardness nanoindentation show hardening can be clearly detected after bombardment displacements per atom (dpa)
