摘要: ABSTRACT Liquid holding conditions can be obtained for human diploid fibroblasts by confluent cultures stationary seven days means of conditioned medium. Under this condition recovery radiation damage induced ultraviolet light or X-rays is observed as an increase in cloning efficiency. XP25Ro and XPTBe (Xeroderma pigm., compl. gr. A D) exhibit less after UV-irradiation than wild type the same was AT5Bi (Ataxia tel.) X-irradiation. During liquid UV-irradiated cells mutant frequency considerably reduced cells, while frequencies were lower at exposures higher exposures.
