摘要: Abstract A marked increase in immunoreactive endothelin was observed rat serum collected within 10–15 min after infusion of endotoxin. Endothelin level 117 ± 11.5 pg/ml (mean S.E., N=4) rats exposed to endotoxin as compared with undetectable levels (less than 2 pg/ml, controls. We have also a significant stimulation endothelin-release by from cultured bovine transformed thoractic aortic endothelial cells at concentrations ranging between 0.1 and 10.0 ug/ml. Serum indispensable for the stimulating effect endotoxin, although itself did not show any concentration used (1%). These results suggest that plays an important role mediation pathophysiological responses caused The were measured radioimmunoassay high sensitivity.
