摘要: The review will discuss the influence of metal ions on conformational changes oligonucleotides. First, a short definition torsion angles is given, followed by concise yet critical overview commonly applied experimental techniques. Finally, possible role metals upon following oligonucleotides discussed: (i) denaturation double-strands, (ii) transition from B- to A-DNA, (iii) right- left-handed DNA and RNA, (iv) condensation, (v) other changes. We conclude with summary outlook.
