摘要: Acute alcohol intoxication is a central nervous system disease that accounts for large number of hospital admissions. In the present study, we have explored role GINS complex subunit 2 (GINS2) in acute and alcohol-induced brain injury. We began by determining GINS2 mRNA expression was significantly increased serum patients with abuse. then found mouse brains after consumption. To explore microglia function, knocked down treated cells alcohol. Knockdown ROS production oxidative stress marker malondialdehyde. if involved apoptosis, examined cell viability knockdown TUNEL staining caspase activity assays. Consistently, results showed apoptosis promoted GINS2. Finally, assessed levels inflammatory factors microglial as well effects on NF-κB signalling. Inflammatory were stimulated further knockdown, microglia.
