摘要: Nutritional assessment in older people to detect malnutrition or risk of is essential avoid adverse nutrition-related outcomes. Poor nutritional status appears be a major contributing factor for poor prognosis malnourished individuals. Nowadays, considered one the domains which should evaluated comprehensive geriatric (CGA). CGA tool with capacity detecting impairments and, at same time, suggest interventions. Although many tools are proposed, those used not widely agreed. After 20 years clinical practice and research, Mini Assessment (MNA) seems most accepted by health carers patients impairment CGA.
