摘要: Production of messenger RNA in eukaryotic cells is a complex, multistep process. mRNA polyadenylation, or 3' processing, requires several protein factors, including cleavage/polyadenylation-specificity factor (CPSF), cleavage-stimulation factor, two cleavage factors and poly(A) polymerase. These proteins seem to be unnecessary for other steps synthesis such as transcription splicing, required these processes were not considered essential polyadenylation. Nonetheless, reactions may linked so that they are effectively coordinated vivo. For example, the CTD carboxy-terminal domain largest subunit polymerase II (RNAP II) efficient splicing polyadenylation vivo, CPSF brought promoter by TFIID transferred RNAP at time initiation. findings suggest can recruited an 3'-processing signal II, where dissociate from initiate Here we present results extend this model showing actually required, absence transcription, processing vitro.
