摘要: This study aimed to assess the sexual behavior of jacks mounting jennies in estrus and determine daily sperm output (DSO) spermatogenic efficiency using two equations calculate testicular volume (TV). Eight sexually rested mature jacks, aging 5 10 years old, had semen collected once a day for consecutive days good standing mounting. Sexual parameters were assessed during each collection. Testicular measurements height, width, length taken immediately before first collection, these used TV. After that, TV was predict DSO. The average total number (TSN) obtained on 8 deemed actual Differences predicted vs. DSO efficiency. In addition, also inseminating doses jack could produce both on- off-site breeding.
