摘要: The taxonomic composition of bacteria associated with two species tetrodotoxin-bearing (TTX-bearing) (Hubrechtella juliae and Lineus alborostratus) non-TTX-bearing (Quasitetrastemma stimpsoni Malacobdella grossa) ribbon worms collected from the Peter Great Bay Sea Japan was studied. Bacterial isolates were identified using 16S rRNA gene sequencing phenotypic characteristics. Thirty-eight strains heterotrophic eight genera: Pseudoalteromonas, Shewanella, Ruegeria, Pseudomonas, Defluviicoccus, Vibrio, Alteromonas, Bacillus, isolated characterized. γ-Proteobacteria dominated among microflora nemerteans (76.3% total number isolates). Sensitivity analysis 38 to antibiotics various classes revealed multiple resistance three or more in all studied isolates. 15 bacterial study exhibited antimicrobial activities against at least one five indicator microorganisms, most which corresponded Pseudoalteromonas genus. Screening TTX-producing performed confocal laserscanning microscopy polyclonal antibodies. A strain, sp., found nemertean H. juliae. correlation between presence TTX-positive toxicity determined.
