摘要: The taxonomic composition of bacteria associated with the proboscis worm Cephalothrix simula was studied and screening tetrodotoxin (TTX)-producing carried out using confocal laser scanning microscopy polyclonal antibodies. Bacterial isolates were identified 16S rRNA gene sequencing phenotypic characteristics. A Bacillus species found to be responsible for production in C. simula.
