摘要: Background: Health care associated infection has been identified as one of the major challenges modern medicine and remains a health concern around globe. Hands health-care workers are potential vehicle for transmission pathogenic organisms within healthcare environment. Hand washing is widely accepted most effective measures in prevention infections. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted to assess hand practice among doctors, intern nurses, medical students nursing multi specialty, non government tertiary teaching hospital Kathmandu. Summary statistics chi-square tests were performed type I error set at 0.05 analysis.
