摘要: Variations of marine current speed can lead to strong fluctuations in the power extracted by a turbine (MCT). During short-time period, swell effect is main cause for variations. Conventional tip ratio Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm will require MCT accelerate or decelerate frequently under effect, which severe generator power. This paper focuses on smoothing control PMSG-Based system. A modified MPPT with filter strategy proposed generator-side use system inertia fluctuation When over rated value, limitation be applied. In second step, Supercapacitor (SC) Energy Storage System (ESS) added compensate residual fluctuations. Simulations 1.5 MW direct- driven grid-connected are carried out. The results demonstrate that association SC ESS achieves smoothed injected grid case disturbances.
