摘要: Background Nursing is known to be a stressful profession. staff working at the bottom of hierarchy and in public hospitals are ones who more stressed out. There paucity data on prevalence stress amongst nurses Indian setting. The individual contribution various stressors, operational nurse’s personal professional life, overall levels also needs studied. Method A hospital based cross sectional study was carried out 87 randomly selected two tertiary care teaching Central Delhi. Data collected using pre-tested self-administered questionnaire. Sociodemographic profile, stressors daily workstation total level assessed. fed analysed WHO’s EPI-INFO 2005 software.
