摘要: For the purposes of government policy concerning energy security, optimal taxation, and climate change, precise estimates effective factors in price elasticity electricity demand are principal importance. In this regard, paper explores effect different including proportion income spent-level, consumer academic-level, demand-types, time, possibility postponing demand-level, price-level, awareness participation benefits-level on for Iran power system. To achieve this, a nonlinear-empirical model based response surface methodology is proposed. Thereafter, these were prioritized their elasticity. Analysis results reveal that spent-level has most significant while academic-level least effect. These could be applied by makers as tool making decisions how to set electricity.
