摘要: A network interface which reduces pin count in an MII or GMII system by logically combining certain signals to eliminate redundancies, thereby enabling one external connection perform the functions previously performed multiple pins. In particular, two connections used for TX_EN and TX_ER are reduced a single TX_CTRL connection. Similarly, three RX_DV, CRS RX_ER RX_CTRL The COL is also eliminated.
