摘要: There are both pharmacologic and practical reasons for recommending intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy. From a point of view, direct installation selected drugs into the peritoneal cavity results in large increase amount chemotherapy that reaches abdominal pelvic surfaces. This advantage is result peritoneal-plasma barrier. Molecules hydrophyllic leave more slowly than they metabolized systemically. Three-fore, great concentration difference exists at all times between drug within plasma [1,2].
