摘要: In this review of the pharmacology and clinical application intraperitoneal drug administration, we have tried to acquaint reader with current state art. At juncture it is important outline briefly some major remaining questions. First, as discussed, analysis tumor penetration at present poorly formulated needs more detailed analysis. Second, catheter arrangements are adequate but certainly not ideal. Third, there need for Phase I pharmacologic data on additional drugs provide greater flexibility in terms combination chemotherapy. Finally, most importantly, a series careful randomized trials be done which will assess value form treatment situations listed Table 3.
