摘要: Organic reactions that involve the direct functionalization of non-activated C–H bonds represent an attractive class transformations which maximize atom- and step-economy, simplify chemical synthesis. Due to high stability bonds, these processes, however, have most often required harsh reaction conditions, has drastically limited their use as tools for synthesis complex organic molecules. Following increased understanding mechanistic aspects activation gained over recent years, great strides been taken design develop new protocols proceed efficiently under mild conditions duly benefit from improved functional group tolerance selectivity. In this review, we present current state art in field detail reported since 2011 either at or below ambient temperature, absence strongly acidic basic additives without strong oxidants. Furthermore, by identifying discussing major strategies led improvements, hope review will serve a useful conceptual overview inspire next generation transformations.
