摘要: Estimation of HER2 membranous expression is routinely used in breast and gastric cancers, as both a prognostic predictive factor. To date there no evidence for similar application colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. In CRC, sometimes overexpressed the cell membrane very often cytoplasm. This study was conducted to determine possible correlations between cytoplasmatic CRC cells outcome disease. The significance combined staining intensity cytoplasm entire also investigated. resectable adenocarcinoma evaluated by immunohistochemistry specimens taken from 202 patients. percentage with or reactions reaction whole were recorded. A present 27% cases, 66% cases. total moderate (2+) 32% cases strong (3+) 15%. There correlation found either survival. Furthermore did not provide any information. We conclude that does correlate prognosis.
