摘要: Overexpression of the c-erbB-2 protein (also called HER-2/neu) is observed in a variety malignancies including colorectal cancer (CRC). In this study we aimed to evaluate rate overexpression our tumor collection and clarify its correlation with chromosomal status at locus CRC. Additionally correlated gain 17q patient survival. Seventy-four specimens were analyzed immunohistochemically using polyclonal antibody (DAKO) staining was scored according Clinical Trial Assay recommendations (0–3+). Of these, 45 cases by comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) immunohistochemistry (IHC). 51% (score ≥2). Chromosomal gains clearly gene (P=0.0009). Furthermore Kaplan–Meier analysis showed that significantly associated poor survival thus could serve as prognostic marker. We conclude related progression CRC which can be on level reflects 17q.
