摘要: Comparative genomic hybridization was used to screen 25 adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas of the lung for chromosomal imbalances. DNA copy number decreases common both entities were observed on chromosomes 1p, 3p, 4q, 5q, 6q, 8p, 9p, 13q, 18q, 21q. Similarly, gains 5p, 8q, 11q13, 16p, 17q, 19q. Adenocarcinomas showed more frequently overrepresentations chromosome 1q losses 3q, 9q, 10p, 19, whereas characterized by increased 3q 12p as well deletions 2q. For first time, we a histogram representation statistical analysis evaluate differences between tumor groups.
