摘要: Comparative genomic hybridization was used to screen 25 adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas of the lung for chromosomal imbalances. DNA copy number decreases common both entities were observed on chromosomes 1p, 3p, 4q, 5q, 6q, 8p, 9p, 13q, 18q, 21q. Similarly, gains 5p, 8q, 11q13, 16p, 17q, 19q. Adenocarcinomas showed more frequently overrepresentations chromosome 1q losses 3q, 9q, 10p, 19, whereas characterized by increased 3q 12p as well deletions 2q. For first time, we a histogram representation statistical analysis evaluate differences between tumor groups. In particular, overrepresentation band 1q23 deletion at 9q22 significantly associated with adenoid differentiation, loss 2q36-37 3q21-22 3q24-qter statistically significant markers type. The study strengthens notion that different subgroups respiratory tract are distinct patterns alterations.
