摘要: OBJECTIVE To describe the image processing and analysis techniques we developed for quantitative of comparative genomic hybridization (CGH). STUDY DESIGN A system CGH cytometry is based on a semiautomated karyotyping program using Windows graphic user interface. RESULTS After alignment normalization fluorescence images test genome (FITC) reference (TRITC), chromosomes are segmented arranged as karyogram. The karyograms from different metaphases one tumor sample represented sum Mean DAPI, FITC, TRITC RATIO images, well ratio profiles with 95% confidence interval, can be displayed. CONCLUSION Representation results in form pseudocolored mean enhances visibility method. profile plus interval facilitates identification preparation artifacts classification chromosomal imbalances. several tumors combined into superkaryogram subgroup; that helps identify recurrent DNA changes might lead to genetic CGH.
