摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the unique contribution a personal norm condom-use responsibility formation intentions use male condoms during vaginal sex. Data were collected from 402 and 157 female heterosexual African American crack cocaine smokers in Houston, Texas, US. Two structural equation models intention condom with last sex partner estimated. One model included measures attitudes, subjective norms self-efficacy. A second these three fourth measure responsibility. Separate estimated for men women. addition provided significantly better fit data than did including only outcome expectations, Results also showed distinctly different underlying cognitive structures had strong direct effect on men's partner. Other variables appeared have no intentions. Women's strongly influenced by social norms. Situational self-efficacy expectations weaker, yet significant, effects women's Given condoms, further research should be undertaken.
