摘要: The enhancement of tumor metastasis by concurrent inflammatory processes is mainly due to the cytokines TNF and IL-1. In case this effect not restricted models as measured in vivo colony formation but also found experimental model systems spontaneous metastasis. Direct effects on cells or interference with host NK cell system did seem account for observed effect. Experimental evidence from different test rather points TNF- IL-1-induced enhanced adhesion endothelial layer underlying mechanism. Blocking integrin-matrix interactions monoclonal antibodies competing peptides inhibited endothelioma vitro lung vivo.
