摘要: Tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF) is a multipotent cytokine which affects many biological properties of both normal and neoplastic cells. Here we show that treatment with TNF reduces B16-A melanoma cell susceptibility to in vivo- vitro-activated NK cell-mediated killing. This resistance associated an enhancement metastatic potential syngeneic mice, but not anti-asialo GM1-treated animals, further supporting the dependence TNF-induced ability. A significant increase MHC class I expression on murine cells observed after treatment. In all these effects interacts positively interferon gamma (IFN gamma). Taken together, results indicate negatively effectors vivo vitro. decreased may be related, at least part, enhanced antigens tumour
