摘要: Abstract The approach to the patient with combined carotid and coronary artery occlusive disease has been evolving since bypass procedures became feasible. When neurological cardiac symptoms are remote, sequential adequate. Neurological or severe stenoses (or both) appearing simultaneously of myocardial ischemia present a more difficult problem. Simultaneous operation performed in 16 patients 1 early death (low output) 2 cerebral complications (1 residual hand weakness without residua). morbidity mortality seemed unrelated fact that were done at one operation. Therapy, however, must be tailored individual patient.
