摘要: We have measured the equilibrium efflux of C14 labeled glucose across cell membrane human erythrocyte under conditions when was present in equal concentrations on both sides membrane, and also net from glucose-loaded cells into a large extracellular environment that contained no glucose. A method ultrafiltration through millipore filter discs developed to obtain samples medium during loss isotope free isotope. Fluxes with half times as low five seconds could be determined accurately reproducibly. With this we extended observations other workers down 0.03 M found others had previously time for tracer exchange would decrease concentrations. Further, by measuring fluxes maximal same blood sample, obtained evidence carrier laden is transported more rapidly than carrier.
