摘要: A cell line was established in vitro from a spontaneous myeloid leukemia of SL strain mice. This cytologically identified as myeloblast, and its normal differentiation appeared to be completely blocked mass culture. When the cells were seeded soft agar with conditioned medium cells, either macrophages or neutrophil granulocytes single clone. The rate formation colonies containing differentiated always increased an increase concentration medium. this not effective that inducing differentiation.
