摘要: Proteinuria is a common problem occurring in up to 45 % of renal transplant recipients. Biopsy data have confirmed that transplant-specific diagnoses, such as glomerulopathy, interstitial fibrosis/tubular atrophy, and acute rejection, are more commonly found patients with proteinuria compared other proteinuric conditions glomerulonephritis. associated worse clinical outcomes including an increased risk death, cardiovascular events, graft loss. Blockade the renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system angiotensin converting enzyme-inhibitors receptor blockers will reduce but long-term effect these medications on patient survival remains unknown. This chapter review measurement, prevalence, causes, prognosis, management kidney population.
