摘要: In this paper we report the experimental observations of effects various surfactants on oscillations ferroin-catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction. The are followed by observing change in absorbance at 510 nm due to ferroin a well-stirred closed BZ reacting system. We have used sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as anionic surfactant, cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) cationic Triton X-100 neutral and 3-[(3-cholamidopropyl)dimethylammonio)]-1-propanesulfonate (CHAPS) zwitterionic surfactant. general, observed that there is oscillation behavior presence each these above their critical micellar concentrations. For different surfactants, time-dependent evolution found be characteristic results our study suggest most regular micelles SDS.
