摘要: Abstract Enterprises’ operations systems and environments, characterized by their complexity dynamics, are challenging strategic management models. The study presented in this paper develops a process to integrate strategy content performance measurement system design. Essentially, the developed methodology is based on Process Approach (Cambridge Approach) technique that systematizes procedures for generating measures set coherent objectives also produces consistent implementation process. To illustrate development application of proposed design methodology, findings two case studies related telecom engineering services companies used. Results discussed focusing testing terms its feasibility, usability, utility. A refined process, organized phases, steps, procedures, final result study.
