摘要: Poor adherence to immunosuppressive medications may be the most important barrier long term graft survival. An understanding of medication and its determinants is critical addressing this problem. In paper, we will review different ways in which compromised, summarize evidence that young people constitute a particularly high risk group, consider consequences impact poor adherence. We also adherence, including characteristics patient family, treatment regimen, healthcare team organization, system. highlight common barriers identified by people, methods measuring along with advantages limitations each. Finally, possible intervention strategies improve people.
