摘要: Aims:  The study was aimed at investigating the presence of typical and atypical virulence genes in isolates belonging to Harveyi clade (Vibrio harveyi Vibrio campbellii). Methods Results:  Forty-eight vibrio were screened for that are these bacteria those found human pathogenic vibrios such as cholerae, parahaemolyticus vulnificus aquatic anguillarum. amplified by PCR with specific primers, further confirmed dot blot hybridization. vhh, chiA, vhpA, toxRVh, luxR serine protease, detected all isolates. haemolysin gene hlyA regulator toxRVc V. cholerae V. anguillarum-specific flagellum (flaC) present some Challenge tests gnotobiotic Artemia nauplii did not show any correlation between isolates. Conclusion:  From our results, there appears a remote possibility might acquire from other environment through horizontal transfer. Significance Impact Study:  Vibrios may be an important reservoir (human pathogenic) species environment. acquisition transfer increase ability infect organisms increasing their host broadening range. detection forewarn hatchery operators about potentially virulent pathogen thus help develop management measures handle problem vibriosis.
