摘要: Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the expression levels of virulence gene regulators (luxR and toxR) factors (serine protease, metalloprotease haemolysin) in luminescent nonluminescent isogenic Vibrio harveyi campbellii. Method Results: Nonluminescent variants have been reported before become dominant cultures vibrios when grown under static conditions dark. Wild-type V. BB120, campbellii LMG 21363, quorum sensing mutants BB120 their previously counterparts were used this study. The level genes srp serine vhp vhh haemolysin, master regulator luxR toxR strains quantified using reverse transcriptase real-time PCR. These experiments revealed that produced lower (which is known be regulated by sensing). Finally, challenge tests with gnotobiotic brine shrimp (Artemia franciscana) larvae are less virulent than counterparts. Conclusion: produce Significance Impact study: results indicate adaptation specific growth result a phenotype accompanied decreased host environment because altered regulation.
