摘要: Using axenically grown Artemia, a model system was developed to evaluate the effect of bacteria on survival and development this crustacean. Two strains baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) were used in all experiments as feed for Artemia: wild-type strain its mnn9 mutant, defective synthesis mannoproteins outer cell wall. The genetic background, growth phase medium appeared be important parameters determining quality cells Artemia. A strong positive correlation between Artemia performance wall chitin glucan content obtained, while mannoprotein negatively correlated. Mnn9 till exponential minimal proved excellent yielding an average 95% 4-mm after 6 days at 28 °C, which is comparable best results obtained with algal feed. standard test yields highly reproducible can become tool study mode action bacteria. Furthermore, viability method kill/sterilize are influencing nauplii performance.
