摘要: The invention comprises substituted indole, azaindole and related heterocyclic amidopiperazine derivatives of general Formula I wherein: Q is —may represent a bond; A selected from the group consisting C 1-6 alkoxy, alkyl, 3-7 cycloalkyl, phenyl, heteroaryl; wherein said heteroaryl may be monocyclic or bicyclic comprised three to eleven atoms C, N, NR 9 , O, S, each ring phenyl optionally with one five same different substituents R 19 -R 23 ; T U 7 S; V C(H) k 1 O N(R 7′ ) k; W CR 3 10 X 4 Y 5 Z 6 0 1; m, n, p are independently 0, 2 provided that sum must equal 2; compositions thereof their use as antiviral agents, particularly for treating HIV infection.
