摘要: The human placenta synthesizes 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and expresses the vitamin D receptor. Because preeclampsia (PE) is associated with low circulating levels of maternal IGF-I, it possible that alterations in calcium metabolism seen PE could occur at level fetoplacental unit.
