摘要: A simple, reliable and sensitive colorimetric method for the detection of lysine was developed based on use citrate-stabilized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). In acid media (pH = 3.0), AuNPs exhibited a color change from red to blue after addition 30 min at room temperature, which could directly be seen with naked eye monitored by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Results showed that absorbance ratio (A680/A520) linear concentration in range 1 70 μM (r 0.995), limit 0.8 signal-to-noise 3. This also demonstrated excellent selectivity over other amino acids. For analysis food samples, precision accuracy were checked.
