摘要: Two polymerase chain reaction (PCR) protocols are described for the diagnosis of sugarcane leaf scald and ratoon stunting diseases. The PCR specific, sensitive, rapid; both can accurately identify all serovars or strains from a worldwide collection. Application these molecular diagnostic in quarantine laboratories should improve ability to detect bacterial pathogens seed cane. Elimination diseased cane is critical step controlling
