摘要: Abstract : The purpose of this research was to: (1) describe the process lesson study based instructional management; and (2) enhance students’ activity in lecturing by implementing management. method used descriptive qualitative classroom action research, which were implemented with two cycles, first cycle second cycle. instruments observation sheet during learning process. results showed that: management a cyclical involving development plans, implementation (do, open class), evaluation (see), there an improvement terms activeness following when implemented.
