摘要: Abstract An optically active hydrogen bromide salt of 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-ethyl-7,8-dimethoxy-5H-2,3-benzodiazepine has been prepared and the R5 configuration studied by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystals are triclinic with space group P1, two molecules in a unit cell dimensions = 10.798(1), b 12.669(1) c 8.681(1) A, α 97.15(1), β 99.36(1) γ 68.74(1)°. anomalous chiroptical behaviour is explained on basis chiral interactions between conformers.
