摘要: Abstract Despite the dramatic development of enantioselective synthesis and chromatographic separation methods, resolution still remains most inexpensive operationally simplest method for producing pure enantiomers on a large scale. No extreme conditions or expensive reagents are required resolving agents can be eventually recovered. This review presents guidelines selecting optimal given racemate is based mainly authors long experience in industrially important molecules. Methods predicting efficiency analysis physico-chemical properties reactants also described.
